a Spacious twin room, excellent breakfast options, friendly reception staff

The morning buffet was acceptable.

Hardly anyone spoken any english. Tried to order room service and because no one spoke english, they hung up the telephone! Had to have someone come in with me to do a refund to my credit card. Was told it could take up to 15 or 20 days for this credit to be refunded to my account.

The staff was friendly and accommodating .

The room was dusty, indicating it hadn't been properly cleaned. The bathroom window was damaged and had mold, unacceptable for any hotel. I felt that the overall cleanliness and maintenance were severely lacking.

Absolutely great accommodation with absolutely perfect setting really close to 2 shopping centres and Sao Paolo business center and Vila Olimpia and JK Iguatemi Shopping Malls. Family atmosphere and good service. Everything really good. Pleasant experience there.

I enjoyed to stay in Mercure Apartments The Must. The location is good and the hotel fits its purpose.

Internet is not fast and you need to buy a voucher every 24h.... Did not seem practical to me.

The breakfast was well worth R29, with eggs, sausage, and fresh fruits. The gym had basic equipment and the outdoor pool looked inviting.

The staff were pretty good, offering assistance whenever needed. I especially appreciated the convenient location near shopping areas, perfect for a weekend stroll.
